Dongducheon is a city in Gyeonggi Province, located about 25 miles north of Seoul and 9 miles southeast of the DMZ. Dongducheon is home to beautiful Soyo Mountain, a national park. The city is divided into new and old towns, with a population of 82,000 people. Dongducheon is strategically important for Korea’s defense. The main camps of the US 2nd Infantry Division are located in the city, with 8,000 soldiers. In addition, it is a diverse cultural community.
ACA is located three blocks south of Camp Casey, one of the US military installations located here in Dongducheon and, 4 blocks north of the main shopping street. Also, subway station is one block away from the school.
